The Taylor Yard Transit Village Master Plan consists of five distinct development phases that include 400 housing units, approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space and 2½ acres of open space across 16.3 total acres. The overall development is a public-private partnership between McCormack Baron Salazar and LA County Metro Transit Agency. Of the affordable homes there is 197 family & 108 senior rental.

Our company assisted in the pedestrian safety from oncoming traffic by furnishing and installing about 60 Hadco California Aria lighting roadway reflectors for the walkways on Lots 7 & 8 landscaping. We also provided 18 Decorative Street Lighting Poles and luminaires to provide the safety lighting at night surrounding the entire Taylor Yards boundaries & furnished, as well as installed 7 traffic signal poles and loops to provide an ease in traffic and much needed pedestrian safety for the newly built apartments.
