To expand CVS a new building was to be built in East Los Angeles on the corner of Cesar Chavez St & Rowan Ave, which required the existing traffic signal to be modified to implement the more frequent pedestrians and traffic estimated to visit this facility once it was up.

Our company was the Traffic Signal subcontractor whom working with County of LA Public Works added sensor loops for traffic, crosswalks for the pedestrians and timing at the intersection to make it function.
